1. What should I bring to class?
For all classes, please bring the following:
• A reliable handgun or rifle (depending on the class)
• Minimum of 150 rounds of ammunition per weapon
• Eye and ear protection • Appropriate attire (closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothing suitable for range use)
• Any additional gear specified in the class description
2. Do I need to have prior experience to attend a class?
No prior experience is required for our Level 1 classes. These classes are designed for beginners to build a solid foundation in firearm safety and handling. Level 2 and advanced classes require basic knowledge and experience with firearms.
3. Can I rent a firearm for the class?
Yes, we offer firearm rentals for those who do not own a gun or wish to try a different model. Rental fees apply. Please contact us in advance to arrange a rental and ensure availability.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
•Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
•Cancellations made within 72 hours will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule.
•No-shows will not be refunded. For more details, please review our full cancellation policy.
5. What happens if unsafe behavior is observed during a class?
Safety is our top priority. Any student exhibiting unsafe behavior, such as muzzling, negligent discharge, or failure to follow range safety rules, may be expelled from the class without a refund. We reserve the right to remove individuals to maintain a safe learning environment.
6. How long are the classes?
Class duration's vary:
• Level 1 and Level 2 Handgun Classes: 3 hours each
• Defensive Pistol Class: 4 hours
• Rifle and Handgun Transition Class: 4 hours
• Private Classes: Are typically 2 hours
7. Can I schedule a private class?
Yes, we offer private classes for individuals seeking personalized, one-on-one training. Private sessions are 2 hours long and can be tailored to your specific needs and goals. Contact us to schedule a private session.
8. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payments through our booking system. Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
9. Is there an age requirement to attend classes?
Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old to attend our firearms classes. Minors may be allowed under certain conditions, accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please contact us for more information.
10. Do you offer group rates or corporate training?
Yes, we offer group rates and can arrange custom training sessions for corporate or private groups. Please contact us for more details and to discuss your specific needs.
11. What if I have a specific goal or skill I want to focus on?
Our instructors are highly adaptable and can tailor instruction to meet your specific goals, whether in a private or group class setting. Please let us know your objectives in advance.
